What You Get with EncorEstate Plans’ Platform...

    • 60-point review of each client’s estate plans by an Encore paralegal and estate planner: Yes, we review each and every single estate plan that gets submitted to us! Our Support Team of paralegals and estate planners will run things by you and your clients before anything is signed and notarized to make sure your clients’ wishes are exactly how they want them carried out
    • Core Estate Documents that are good for any of your clients in all 50 states: Power of attorney (POA), advanced health care directives / health care POA, trust-based estate plan, and will-based estate plan.
    • Custom Estate Documents for clients with specific requests and needs (contact Encore’s Support for help with these!): Special Needs Trust provisions, selecting corporate trustees (with their required language), restatements, QDOT language for non-citizens, customizable specific gifts, age-based restrictions, and incentive-based restrictions.
    • In-house Property Deed Filing and Recording for trust funding / re-titling residential property into trusts: Whether you send clients a link to request it themselves or you control the conversation by requesting it from Encore Support Team, we’ll do all the pain in the butt work AND make sure the right deeds are integrated with your clients’ trusts (we don’t do that outsourced deed mill nonsense). We'll pull the last recorded deed, prepare the deed and all county-specific documents, and file it at the county recorder's office.
    • Mobile notary + witness service: Notaries and witnesses (depending on state requirements) for signing estate plans are sent to your client’s house with hard copies + mobile scanner so that clients can just sign and the notary will give you and your clients digital copies of their estate documents. Just order it from the Encore platform for wherever your clients are located.
    • Attorney Partners: Best for clients with complex estate needs and or clients who want an extra layer of review of their estate plans on top of both your review and Encore’s paralegal and estate planner review. Like the rest of the estate planning process, you direct the attorney relationship – not just refer your clients to the attorney – and ensure your clients’ estate needs are taken care of. Encore has attorney partners nationwide whom you can get in touch with for wherever your clients are located.

How to Get Started with Encore...

Follow these three steps:

1. Create your free Encore account (no credit card needed – we don’t charge anything until you submit an estate plan): https://app.encorestateplans.com/login?utm_source=wclp

2. Join an Encore Essentials onboarding meeting with Luke Cook, Director of Customer Success: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/piwPdL0USzqcvR6Ko7xv2Q. He’ll walk you through all the steps you need to get the most out of Encore, and give you guidance on setting up and or refining your estate planning workflow.

3. Start kicking all the estate planning butt! Even if you start small with sending your clients Encore’s deed filing link to have them put their house into their trust, you’re well on your way to ensuring your clients have completed, signed, and funded estate plans.
